I have seen a # of woman on Yahoo with a tattoo over thier breast? why would you put it there? or on the lower back …why there?

I got a tatoo on my ankle when I was 19 and sometimes I wish I hadn’t gotten it. I love tattoos but I was thinking more of flames coming up right above the crotch ending at about a low rise bikini line would look really hot.
