Do excessive tattoos render a woman unfit to be a parent?

I have a friend… she has a bunch of tattoos and piercings and she recently lost custody of her kids (with tattoos and piercings being one of the reasons), other than that she is not a bad mother… Now the other day, she tried to get a job as a librarian and was rejected for the same reason. She is all upset and depressed now… But I think if people dont even trust you with used books and outdated magazines why would they trust you with kids? Duh! What is your opinion?

No it doesn’t render her unfit.
Something else (ie drug and alcohol abuse) might….I’m not saying your friend does drugs.
